Kapton adhesive tapes are used to protect connectors, cable ties and other applications in electronics and 3D printing. They can be used up to 200°C, for a short time up to 320°C.
They are relatively resistant to acids and bases, alpha, beta and gamma radiation. Their dielectric strength is about 200 kV/mm. It is 15 mm wide and 33 meters long.
